Tuesday Morning Musings, Walk the Plank Edition

Good day fellow interneters.

I hope all of you are having a better day than the old complaining man standing in front of us right now. He’s all worked up and not making any sense because he doesn’t want to stop and listen.

The construction crew or road crew or whatever have started to block off half of the sidewalk in front of the store in preparation for a big mess. It’s going to be loud and obnoxious and people are going to have dirty feet which means a dirty carpet and lots of vacuuming.

Happy Tuesday, it’s now the second work day of the week. I hope that everyone got to work on time and is ready to go about their business. I’m ready to walk the plank and dive into a sea full of angry and hungry sharks.

There’s a dude in here now talking about how his wife made him sell his comic collection. There were about 30 boxes he thinks, it broke my heart a little.

Well done to E-ve for kicking some behind at last night’s Boot Camp. She’ll be hurting today, but she’s happy so I’m happy.

I have to admit here that I have a guilty pleasure of visiting http://www.textsfromlastnight.com/ 2 or 3 times a day just to see if there’s anything new. I also enjoy http://www.fmylife.com/ not as much mind you, but it’s fun.

Side note: There’s something about the yellow Caution tape outside, it’s calling my name and telling me to do something stupid.

Confession: I smoke too much.

I’m happy to report that cable and phone bill was paid yesterday without incident. It should mean that I have service for the next month, fingers are crossed.

NXNE (North by North East) is this weekend, I kinda really wanna go see some acts with E-ve. We haven’t really talked about it, but maybe we will. Last year was a little bit of an incident, hopefully this year would be better.

My first coffee is done, I’m a little fidgety and I’m a little bit blocked, writers blocked that is.

I think that’s it for now. I know we didn’t get to the MySpace yesterday. But we just might today.

Like wham!
